Barrel Theory is a passion fueled project by a group of great dudes from St. Paul, Minnesota. Combining decades of experience in the beer industry they had a very specific idea for the type of brewery they wanted to create for themselves. The result is a neighborhood hangout with a focus on experimenting with beer recipes and not relying on conventions. Small batch, sold only at the tap room, Barrel Theory is based on the concept that you are only as strong as your weakest link (or shortest barrel stave as Justus Von Liebig put it in the mid-1800's).
I developed a look that is a strong, classic base for a casual brand that ultimately lets the sharing of delicious beers do the talking.
